Translation options for formatting, acronym detection, Do Not Translate, automatic spellcheck, Not Found Word transliteration, writing styles, and linguistics, increase translation quality.
Profiles are defined by users and saved on the server. Defined profiles may be shared by multiple users able to work simultaneously on the same profile(s) creating a collaborative setting. Profiles are managed from both the Online Translation Tools and User Tools.
User Dictionaries and Translation Memories may be uploaded on the server to customize translation.
SYSTRAN Translation Stylesheet enables refined XML document translations, accounting for structural information.

Multilingual data - including user-defined dictionaries, Translation Memories, and normalization dictionaries - are stored on the server and managed by authorized users.
Multilingual data can be created and managed using SYSTRAN Dictionary Manager (SDM).
SDM lets users:
- create bilingual or multilingual User Dictionaries with up to 20,000 entries per User Dictionary to improve translation quality
- create Normalization Dictionaries with up to 20,000 entries for each dictionary to standardize terminology for consistent translations
- create Translation Memories with up to 40,000 entries of source and target aligned sentences
- reverse the language direction of an existing User Dictionary to create a new User Dictionary
SDM automatically finds and replaces dictionary entries, detects and deletes duplicated dictionary entries.
SDM allows users to import dictionaries in other file formats (TXT, XLS, and CSV), export dictionaries in TXT format, and print dictionaries.
SDM imports Translation Memories in TMX** and MultiTerm, and exports Translation Memories in TXT, TMX and MultiTerm formats.
Lookup Operators simplify User Dictionaries by reducing the number of entries.

SYSTRAN Translation Project Manager (STPM) is available online using the translation engine on the server, or offline using the local translation engine. STPM also:

Creates and manages translation projects that involve several files, folders or URLs to be translated.
Translates multiple files in batch mode simultaneously.

Provides extraction tools for Not Found Words, known and unknown terms which can be added to a User Dictionary.
